I have something very exciting to share - my new artists’ book is now officially available! Suutelen sinua / I kiss you. It’s a poem with dozens and dozens of real kisses I wrote about. It’s another poem with just as many kisses and lines written by those I had kissed and written about. It’s a bilingual artists’ book with those two poems and a split edition of 100+20 copies. Very often the time, effort and materials put into an artists’ book means it has to be priced in a way that not many have access to them. I wanted to avoid this and create a split edition with a beautiful and affordable basic version of 100 copies available for just 10€ (+shipping) and a special edition of 20 copies with beautiful grey wood veneer covers and a linen slipcase available for 100€ (+shipping). Both options include two handsewn booklets - one in Finnish, one in English. Lauri Wuolio is responsible for the graphic design, I for the bindings.
